Format QA

Format QA is performed on both printed and online documentation. QA Specialists, who are full-time employees based at our head office in Portland, compare every page of the localized output to the original source documents, ensuring that fonts, point sizes, page flow, styles, hyphenation, units of measure, part numbers, "do-not-translate" requirements, and overall layout are consistent. This is an iterative process that usually encompasses two or three passes. Any defects that may be identified are returned to DTP for correction, and the revised document is reviewed again.
