Process is the Key to Success
The notion of quality pervades every project at Lingo Systems and, in fact, Lingo Systems performs comprehensive Quality Assurance Procedures at every step in the localization process. Each of these quality steps is thoroughly documented in our comprehensive Process Book - whether performed by an actual QA specialist, or peer review within that functional area of the project.
We believe that the Lingo Systems' Process Book is an important reason for our success. Lingo Systems has always been very focused on process. Indeed, we often tell our customers that process is the key to success in localization. In our view, using the proper process yields consistent, reliable results; it also helps to prevent human error that can otherwise cause problems in a localization project. |
